How to Register, Login, Update Your Profile, and Submit a Manuscript

Step 1: Register an Account

To submit a manuscript or become a reviewer, you must first create an account.

Complete the Registration Form

Please fill in the following mandatory information.

Profile Information

  • Given Name *
  • Family Name
  • Affiliation *
  • Country *

Login Information

  • Email Address *
  • Username *
  • Password *
  • Confirm Password *

Note:
Your username may contain only lowercase letters (a–z), numbers (0–9), underscores (_) and hyphens (-). It must begin and end with an alphanumeric character.

Privacy Options

Please select the following options:

✔ I agree to have my data collected and stored according to the Privacy Statement.

✔ I would like to receive notifications regarding new publications and announcements.

✔ I would like to be contacted with requests to review submissions to this journal.

If you register as a reviewer, enter your Reviewing Interests separated by commas.

Example

After completing all required fields, click Register.

Step 2: Registration Successful

Once your registration is complete, you can log in using your registered credentials.

You may also select Keep me logged in for future visits.

Step 3: Update Your Profile

After logging in, visit your profile dashboard.

Complete your profile to ensure accurate publication records and reviewer information.

The profile contains the following sections:

  • Identity
  • Contact
  • Roles
  • Public Profile
  • Password
  • Notifications
  • API Key

Identity

Provide:

  • Given Name
  • Family Name
  • Preferred Public Name

Your published articles and certificates will use this information exactly as entered.

Example:

Dr. Shi Jim Minang

Click Save after making changes.

Contact Information

Complete the following:

  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Affiliation
  • Mailing Address
  • Country

Click Save.

Roles

Select your preferred role(s).

Available roles include:

  • Reader
  • Author
  • Reviewer

If you choose Reviewer, enter your reviewing interests.

Example

Quantum Computing, Quantum Information Science, Quantum Optics, Quantum Mechanics, Quantum Engineering, Quantum Cryptography, Quantum Communication, Photonics, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science

Click Save.

Public Profile

You may also update:

  • Profile Photograph
  • Biography
  • Academic Rank / Designation
  • Department
  • Institution
  • Homepage URL
  • ORCID iD

A complete profile enhances your professional visibility within the journal community.

Password

You may change your password at any time through the Password section.

Notifications

Customize your notification preferences.

You may receive notifications regarding:

  • New journal announcements
  • Newly published issues
  • Open-access publications
  • New manuscript submissions
  • Editorial discussions
  • Review invitations
  • Reviewer comments
  • Weekly editorial tasks
  • Statistics reports

Choose whether notifications should appear within the system, by email, or both.

Step 4: Submit Your Manuscript

After logging in, click:

View Submissions

Then select:

Make a Submission

The submission process consists of five simple steps.

Step 1 – Submission Details

Provide:

  • Title of the Manuscript *
  • Keywords
  • Abstract *

After completing the details, click Continue.

Step 2 – Upload Files

Upload your manuscript.

Click:

Add File

Upload:

  • Main Article (Microsoft Word format)
  • Supplementary Files (if applicable)
  • Conflict of Interest Statement
  • Ethical Approval Documents (if applicable)
  • Supporting Data

Only Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) files are accepted.

Click Continue.

Step 3 – Contributors

Add all authors associated with the manuscript.

For each author provide:

  • Full Name
  • Affiliation
  • Email Address
  • Country

Select the corresponding author as the Primary Contact.

The corresponding author will receive all editorial communications.

Click Continue.

Step 4 – Information for the Editor

Provide any information useful for the editorial office.

You may include:

  • Comments for the Editor
  • Funding Information
  • Grant Details
  • Additional Notes

Click Continue.

Step 5 – Review and Submit

Review all information carefully.

Confirm that:

  • The manuscript title is correct.
  • The abstract is complete.
  • Keywords have been provided.
  • The article file has been uploaded.
  • Author information is accurate.
  • Funding details are complete (if applicable).

If everything is correct, click Submit.

Your manuscript will then be assigned to an editor for editorial assessment and peer review.

Important Submission Guidelines

Please carefully follow these instructions before submitting your manuscript.

  • Upload only Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) files.
  • Ensure that the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, and designation exactly match the information entered in the submission system.
  • Do not type the manuscript title or author names entirely in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Capitalize only the first letter of each significant word.
  • Enter the correct mobile number for the corresponding author, as all important notifications will be sent to this number.
  • Do not include "+" or country codes before the mobile number unless specifically requested.

Publication Charges

Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted following peer review.

Current publication charges are available on the official journal website.

There are no submission charges and no peer-review charges unless otherwise specified by the journal.

Editorial and Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript undergoes the following process:

  1. Initial Editorial Screening
  2. Double-Blind Peer Review
  3. Acceptance / Minor Revision / Major Revision / Rejection Decision
  4. Final Acceptance
  5. Copyediting and Proofreading
  6. Online Publication

Authors can monitor the status of their manuscripts through their online dashboard after logging into the journal system.
